 Exchange & refund policy

 

• Exchange:

In case your requested shoes’ style, size or fit weren’t convenient, we encourage you to exchange them into a different (style/color/size) within 4 days of receiving your order.

 

You’ll be charged 50 egp only (one-way exchange postage fees)

 

Kindly note that the mentioned fees covers the delivery as we cover 60% of the courier service.

 

• Refund:

 We sure know you’ll love your Shoezed pair. But if for any reason          you don’t, we understand.

            Refunds are welcomed if:

• The pair are in their unworn condition
• Within 4 days of receiving the order

Based on many feedback we have collected from our valuable customers; we do recommend to order your usual size. and if you are between two sizes then choose the bigger one as our designs are slightly pointed.
